My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was impressive with a huge, stunning design, but unfortunately, it became too hot at night without proper ventilation. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but there were some issues with communication and technical aspects. The location was excellent, being central and close to everything, yet offering a quiet spot away from the city noise. The dining experience was subpar, with limited options and timing. Facilities were decent, but there were some setbacks.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and comfortable but had some unacceptable features like the master bedroom being upstairs. The service was exceptional and helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out for more exploration time in Venice. The location was perfect for sightseeing but required navigating flooded and trash-covered alleys. The dining was satisfactory, and there were some free additions during our stay. However, the early breakfast time and lack of quality stood out as drawbacks.
